Credo Bank LTD recently concluded an intensive two-day team coaching program for its 45 Branch Managers across Georgia. Split into two groups of approximately 22 participants each, the program aimed to bolster team dynamics, leadership skills, and effective communication.
The coaching journey commenced with the formation and design of cohesive teams. Participants delved into the profound significance of values in both professional and personal contexts. Through interactive exercises, managers explored the repercussions of improper role allocation and the challenges posed by the arrival of new team members. These activities underscored the critical importance of balanced responsibilities within a team to prevent any single member from becoming overburdened.
A pivotal aspect of the training was the emphasis on effective, non-toxic communication. The program highlighted how dialogue aimed at agreement and alignment, rather than conflict and power struggles, can dramatically enhance team dynamics. Managers engaged in deep listening exercises, fostering a culture of mutual understanding and respect.
Each participant left the program with personalized insights and commitments, ready to implement their newfound knowledge in their respective branches. This team coaching initiative has not only equipped Credo Bank’s Branch Managers with essential leadership tools but has also reinforced the bank’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and values-driven organizational culture.
