Program Overview:

Module 1: Understanding the Dynamics of Change
You will be able to
- Explain how individuals, teams, and organizations typically move through change and transition phases
- Identify emotional, behavioural, and performance responses to change at different system levels
- Recognise why change often triggers uncertainty, discomfort, and resistance
Module 2: Diagnosing resistance and leading transitions
You will be able to
- Recognise different levels of resistance and diagnose their root causes
- Apply a structured change framework to support effective transitions
- Select appropriate leadership interventions based on the type of resistance encountered
Module 3: Leading people-centred change conversations
You will be able to
- Support key stakeholders using a people-centred and psychologically safe approach
- Lead meaningful conversations that address concerns, trust, and engagement during change
- Build confidence in facilitating real workplace conversations around change initiatives

The investment for the full program is €750 per person, which includes 3 interactive virtual sessions, one individual coaching session, practical tools, peer learning, and a certificate of completion.
